LW Bills Elementary School - Herkimer, NY
The L.W. Bills School was one of two schools in the Herkimer Central School District that closed in 1991 after the opening of a newer facility. For years, L.W. Bills had been in need of repair as it’s high ceilings and antiquated windows were not energy and cost efficient.
